Muted Group Theory was created by Edwin and Shirley Ardener. ''Muted Group Theory (MGT) proposes that our language system influences, and often limits, our ability to represent our 

experiences.'' I believe this is one of the most important theory of all the ones covered in class, because without communication and expressing what we feel how can people understand waht we believe? Sometimes women criticize the deafness of men, but sometimes i think that dont aks themselves why is this a problem and where is the issue?..Many women rather stay silcence (muted) and dont express their concerns and problems to their partners and then have as an outcome the distractions of their partners.
